Bonnie Van Ness has held her real estate license in Colorado for over 30 years.  She started Kokopelli Properties out of her home in Breckenridge, CO in 1996.  From there she has grown the company and now is located in the Towne Square Mall on Main Street, Breckenridge.  She has since been joined by her son, Joey.  Joey grew up here in Breckenridge and shares Bonnie’s love for the high country and mountain lifestyle.  We have realtors available at all times to meet all your real estate needs!
